Merritt Construction Services was founded on a base of self-performed work. Our construction veterans and consulting personnel have managed multiple hard dollar and design/build construction projects throughout their careers. Our project experience includes buildings and deep foundations, heavy highway, tunnels and bridges, and rail/transit.

Claims Avoidance and Distressed Projects Consulting

Merritt Construction Services is always mindful of our clients’ relationship with the other contracted party and the potential for contractual disputes and resolutions. Merritt Construction Services works with its clients in an effort to avoid claims between the contracted parties and can provide the necessary support our clients need through our network of construction professionals. If a project is in a distressed state, we can work with the owner and/or surety to complete their project as either a construction manager (CM) or construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC).
